While it may seem obvious, working out has many benefits on top of good physical health, weight loss, and&nbsp;boosting your energy. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/10-benefits-of-exercise#section10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Healthline.com<\/a>, these are some of the top benefits of exercising regularly.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1.
