Cancellation Policies

CuddlyNest offers hosts the choice among three standardized cancellation policies: Flexible, Moderate and Strict. Both guests and hosts’ protection will be imposed by these policies. A cancellation policy will be clearly stated for each listing on CuddlyNest. Guests can review the cancellation policy of their reservation and may cancel it by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button. The Long Term cancellation policy are applicable to all reservations of 28 nights or more.

Flexible: The guest gets a full refund, except for the fees, with cancellation up to 1 day prior to arrival.

  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
  • CuddlyNest service fee is non-refundable.
  • Service fee splitted by host will also be charged from guest.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to CuddlyNest within 24 hours of check-in.
  • CuddlyNest will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
  • A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Cancel.
  • Guest Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or extenuating circumstances may repeal the cancellation policies. Review these exceptions for more information.
  • Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made a full 24 hours prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Tuesday, cancel by Monday of that week before check in time.
