CuddlyCancellation Policies

At CuddlyNest, we have FIVE simple cancellation options that property owners can choose from: Custom, Flexible, Moderate, Rigid, and Non-refundable.

The property owner’s chosen cancellation policy will always be visible in their listing (scroll down to the ‘Accommodation policies’ section).

Before you go ahead and book, always take a moment to ensure you understand what the given policy entails.

Cancellation policies

Custom:

This option allows property owners to specify any refund amount of their choosing, as well as the number of days/hours before check-in that they would require you to log your cancellation in your dashboard.

Flexible:

These property owners offer a full refund if you cancel 24 hours in advance

What if I need to cancel less than 24 hours before check-in?

No problem! Under this cancellation policy, giving up your booking less than 24 hours before check-in means that the first night is charged, and the balance is refunded.

What if I check-in and then need to leave mid-stay?

This is also okay! You will then only be charged the nights you spent at the property, and refunded the nights not spent (starting 24 hours after the cancellation request is logged).

Moderate:

These property owners offer a full refund if you cancel 5 days before check-in

What if I need to cancel less than 5 days before check-in?

Under this cancellation policy, cancelling less than 5 days before check-in results in a full charge for the first night of accommodation, and then a 50% charge for the remaining nights. In short, you will be refunded 50% of your booking excluding the first night.

What if I check-in and then need to leave mid-stay?

Not to worry, should you choose to leave mid-stay you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining nights (starting 24 hours after the cancellation request is logged).

Rigid:

These property owners offer a 50% refund if you cancel 7 days before check-in

What if I need to cancel less than 7 days before check-in?

Unfortunately, under the rigid cancellation policy there will be no refund offered for cancellations falling inside of the 7 day window.

What if I check-in and then need to leave mid-stay?

Similarly, under the rigid cancellation policy there will be no refund offered for nights not spent should a guest opt to leave early.

Non-refundable:

Property owners are not required to refund guests for cancellations or leaving early.
