The best way to travel by car is to take I-93 South from Boston, MA-3 South, and finally US-6 East to MA-132 S/Lyannough Road.

Taking a train from Boston to Cape Cod is only available for a few months. The train line Cape Flyer only operates from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.

Boston Harbor Cruises and Bay State Cruise Company offer a ferry service from downtown Boston to Provincetown. Nevertheless, Provincetown Ferry is the fastest passenger-only catamaran in the United States.
