My home has 1 bathroom and 1 bedrooms that sleep up to 2 people. Please note the bedroom has a queen bed. If someone is willing to sleep on the living room futon, I can provide extra linens and accept 2 additional people. The maximum number of people is 4. It’s important to note that the futon is firm and stiff, so may not be suitable for guests needing a softer sleeping surface. The front door opens into the kitchen and living room. The bedroom is located up a flight of stairs in the living room. Enjoy our simple and comfortable home located close to the freeways, shopping mall, Sacramento State University and California State Fair (Cal Expo).
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
I've enlisted the help of a company called Voyajoy who is available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
