The house was laid out oddly in that there were two bedroom areas that only had access to the outside (no access to the main living area/dining room/kitchen). The home was spacious and the area was quiet. I would not recommend any small children or large groups, as the neighbors are close and there are many windows with only screens. The beach and area around the property were beautiful.
The house basically consists of 3 separate suites, 1 of which is attached to the kitchen/dining area. This layout worked great for us, although the kitchen and dining area were both cramped for our group of 12 (table seats 6). Property managers were very professional and responsive to our requests for additional blankets, plates. bowls, and even a lime juicer.
There are many dire warnings about not removing the pool sweep from the pool, but it is very much in the way if you want to use the pool, esp for kids. The pool maintenance person showed us how to coil it out of the way, and they will also remove it if you request it.
Great location on a quiet street!
The house was well kept, very clean. The one major issue we had was the bees in the pool as one of the guests was allergic. There was no net and we did contact management but nothing was done about it. The overall house was good for couples but would not work well for families. The rooms are all very separate from the main living space so I don't think it would work well for a family with younger children. One of the rooms is in the garage and made it a little challenging because you had to walk out and around the house to get to the main living space which is where the kitchen is located. Overall it was a nice stay but certain things made it challenging.
