Rental start: Check-in is 4pm earliest – we do need the time before to have the apartment properly clean and ready for you. If you arrive earlier, just park the car or drop your luggage in the baggage room and have a first enjoyable walk in Interlaken.

Rental end: Check-out is compulsorily 10am latest - of course you can leave your car and luggage here for a while.

Services: You rent a non-serviced apartment. There is no intermediate cleaning, towel change or any other services provided, also not at extra cost.

Groceries: The rental rate includes bed-, bath and kitchen linen. Toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and detergents are included for the 1st day. There is no shower or bath soap or food of any kind provided at all. A grocery store is right next door, open Mo-Fr until 6:30pm, on Saturdays until 5pm.

Parking: You have 1 (one) free parking on the premises. If you have more cars, nearby public parking at your cost is available; we’ll have a little map for you on arrival.

Guest card: You receive one guest card per person for the duration of the stay, offering numerous discounts and free bus ride in Interlaken. It becomes valid only correctly filled out.

Smoking / fire: Smoking or open fire inside the building (also near open windows) is strictly prohibited. You can have a smoke on the balcony or terrace. Any violations terminate the entire contract immediately without any refunds and a fee of CHF1’000.00 for cleaning and deodorizing is due on the spot. Further damages will be charged to the guest.

Garbage: Waste separation is a law here. We kindly ask the guest to follow the labeled containers for the various goods to recycle.

Ecology: We try to act with biggest possible respect to the environment and kindly ask the guest to support this with ecologic behavior (no overheating, no open windows, no lights left on and moderate warm water use).

Damages: The tenant is fully reliable for damages on the building, furnishings and inventory. Any repair- and replacement cost is fully charged to the guest immediately.

Left behind: The apartment has to be left in decent condition in western standards. Any additional cleaning is charged to the guest at CHF100.00 per hour and charged immediately.
