The Space

This five-bedroom family house is situated in the heart of Shepherds Bush, providing easy access to London’s iconic landmarks and most London Airports. It is just a three-minute walk from Goldhawk Road Tube Station (Hammersmith and City Line) and a six-minute walk to Shepherd’s Bush Central line and overground stations as well as multiple bus routes.

Welcome to your second home - a beautifully renovated Victorian home that can comfortably accommodate nine people (plus an extra two children in child beds – 145cm long in the beautiful loft room!) if needed.

The house is warm and welcoming and can be set up in a number of ways depending on your needs. Also, being a family house with three children, it is well-suited for families.

This smoke-free property features two spacious living rooms; a large kitchen with seating and dining areas; four bedrooms, four bathrooms (+ additional downstairs WC, and a lovely garden.

The house comes with complimentary WiFi (fibre broadband, up to 100Mbps), a smart TV with free view channels (inc access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple +), a Bose Bluetooth sound system, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and plenty of storage for your belongings.

​There are two bright and well-appointed living rooms. These can be set up either as one extra-large living space or one living room and one double bedroom, simply by opening and closing the original Victorian double doors. The bedroom/living room has a brand new top-of-the-range sofa bed should you choose to use it as a bedroom.

The open-plan kitchen with a delightful glass-roof side return has an expandable wooden dining table that can seat up to twelve people, feature lighting and exposed brickwork wall, underfloor heating and a piano! The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, including a magimix, slow cooker, smoothie-maker and panini toaster.

The bedrooms all have excellent quality mattresses, large windows and most have original Victorian fireplaces. The master bedroom has a dedicated desk/study space.

The Master Bathroom features a stand-alone, cast-iron bathtub next to the fireplace, perfect for enjoying a more leisurely soak when you are feeling indulgent.
