There's a Paradise Cove Beach Cafe that extends onto the beach and lounge chairs are available to rent. If you eat at the Beach Cafe, you can park here at a discounted rate for up to four hours. However, all-day parking might require paying the full parking fee.
Malibu Lagoon State Beach is located where Malibu Creek meets the ocean. It includes Surfrider Beach and Malibu Pier. The stunning beach is perfect for those who like to go bird-watching—the area has more than 200 species of migrating and native birds.

Leo Carrillo State Beach

Leo Carrillo State Beach consists of two beaches—South Beach and North Beach. To access them, you can park on Pacific Coast Highway or inside the Leo Carrillo campground. Feel free to explore coastal caves and reefs or go back-country hiking.
Dogs on leashes are allowed north of Lifeguard Tower 3 (North Beach) and they're not allowed south of Lifeguard Tower 3 (South Beach).
